W3 AG's existing website no longer reflected the quality and professionalism of their engineering work. The design felt outdated, the service structure was unclear, and visitors had no intuitive way to understand what the company offered or how to get in touch. The overall experience was leaving potential clients without confidence.
We approached this as a full digital transformation, starting from brand identity and moving through UX strategy, UI design, and development. The new website gives W3 AG a clean, modern presence that clearly communicates their services, builds trust with prospective clients, and guides users naturally toward a consultation.
About W3 AG
W3 AG is a Swiss engineering firm specializing in sustainable building technology systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitary solutions for residential and commercial properties. Despite their strong technical expertise and solid project portfolio, their digital presence did not match the standard of their work. We were brought in to redesign and rebuild the website from the ground up, working with the client's existing brand assets to create a structured, modern, and fully developed web presence from UX design through to cloud deployment.

15 days. That sounds short for a complete website project. It was possible because we made one decision early: W3 AG's brand identity is good. It doesn't need reinventing, it needs presenting better. No rebranding process, no scope creep, no lost time. Straight into UX strategy and development. The key architectural decision was the two-tier navigation separating industries from services. It solves the core problem with technical services: for non-engineers they're hard to grasp. Splitting them creates access without sacrificing depth.

Key Development Challenges & Solutions
- 01
Challenge: Complex Service Structure into Clear Navigation
Problem: Organizing technically detailed services into a simple, intuitive website was a core challenge.
Solution: We created a two-tier navigation separating Industries and Services, giving users a relevant entry point from either angle.
- 02
Challenge: Bilingual Content Management
Problem: The website needed to serve both German and English-speaking audiences consistently.
Solution: We implemented a clean language-switching system in WordPress maintaining the same structure and experience across both languages.
- 03
Challenge: Building a CMS the Client Could Manage Independently
Problem: The previous website was hard to update, leaving content outdated over time.
Solution: We structured the WordPress backend with clearly labeled editable blocks, giving the W3 AG team full control over content without any technical dependency.

Many Swiss SMEs sit with the same problem as W3 AG: strong performance, a solid client base, and a website that doesn't show it. The design ages, the structure grows organically and at some point the digital presence no longer communicates what the company truly is.
The solution wasn't a cosmetic refresh, it was a structural realignment: clear user guidance, bilingual infrastructure, a CMS W3 AG manages on its own. Delivered in 15 days. W3 AG shows that digital transformation doesn't need months-long projects or endless rebrands. Sometimes it just needs one clear decision. And someone to execute it.
