Smart Tech Repairs fixes phones, tablets, laptops and consoles in Norwich, and every price depends on both the device and the repair. Customers wanted to find their exact model, see what a repair costs and book it, without phoning first. A brochure site with a contact form couldn’t do that.
We built a custom Shopify theme where every device is a page and every repair is a selectable service. Customers pick their model, choose one or more repairs, add appointment details and check out, or choose Pay After Repair. Klarna, doorstep collection and a 12-month warranty are visible at every step.
About Smart Tech Repairs
Smart Tech Repairs is a Norwich repair shop run by technicians with over 20 years in the trade. It repairs iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, iPad, MacBook and games consoles, using genuine parts wherever possible and offering up to 12 months of warranty.
The site covers 213 device pages across 20 collections, from the iPhone 5 to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and Galaxy S26 Ultra, each with its own repair menu: screens, batteries, charge ports, cameras, back glass and liquid diagnostics.

Repair shops usually bolt a booking widget onto a brochure site. We went the other way: Shopify handles the catalogue, checkout and payments it was built for, and our custom theme adds the repair logic on top. Smart Tech gets one system for devices, prices, bookings and payments, and adds new phones themselves the week they launch.
