Pain points

Questbloom needed more than a brochure site. Its agents handle off-plan, ready, rental, commercial and distressed property across the UAE, and the marketing team wanted to change banners, menus and homepage sections for each campaign without waiting on a developer.

Solutions

We built a React property finder backed by a custom admin CMS. Listings, property types, rental locations, banners, menus and every page section are managed in the admin panel and delivered through a REST API, so the site updates the moment the team publishes.

Overview

About Quest Bloom Real Estate

Quest Bloom Real Estate is a Dubai brokerage in Lake Central Tower, Business Bay, helping clients buy, rent and invest in residential and commercial property, including off-plan developments.

The platform combines a property search, with filters for ready or off-plan status, type, bedrooms, bathrooms and price, and a corporate profile covering who Questbloom is and how to reach the team.

What we delivered

We delivered a property platform the business runs itself: a fast React front end and an admin panel that controls every listing and every page section.

Our decision

We separated content from code. The React front end only renders; everything the business changes (listings, banners, menus, page sections, theme options) lives in the admin CMS behind a token-secured API. Questbloom can launch a campaign or add a development without touching the codebase.

Problem → Solution

Key Development Challenges & Solutions

  1. 01

    Challenge: Changing content without deployments

Problem: Every campaign meant new banners, menu items and homepage sections.

Solution: All of it lives in the admin CMS and is fetched through the API, so marketing publishes changes instantly.

  2. 02

Challenge: Search that matches how buyers think

Problem: Dubai buyers search by status first: ready or off-plan, then type, beds and budget.

Solution: A search bar with Buy/Rent and status toggles plus advanced filters, sorting and grid/list views.

  3. 03

    Challenge: Protecting listing data

Problem: The listings API is the business’s core asset.

Solution: The REST API is token-secured, so data is only served to the platform’s own front end.

Conclusion

What this project proves

In Dubai real estate, inventory and campaigns change weekly. A site that needs a developer for every new launch falls behind the market.

Questbloom’s platform puts the business in control: a React property finder for buyers and renters, and an admin CMS where the team manages every listing, banner and section themselves.

For brokerages ready to own their platform instead of renting a template: this is the headless setup that grows with the portfolio.
